Turbulenz at WebGL Camp Europe
David Galeano, the Turbulenz CTO, presented the Turbulenz Engine at WebGL Camp Europe in Switzerland. There seemed to be pretty good praise for our First Person Shooter Demo using assets from Id Software’s Quake 4.
The slides from David presentation are available online.

The event was really interesting and well organised, with high quality presentations and speakers, three.js proved to be very popular and used by a majority of the projects.
Jerome Etienne showcased his jQuery equivalent for three.js called tQuery making it even easier to use.
WebGL is proving to be quite popular for 3D maps but Nokia had the most spectacular demo (after the Turbulenz one, of course), their realtime navigation of 3D rendered cities was very impressive, it even supports stereoscopic rendering. Check it out.
